    Absolutely loved this video- thank so much. Would love some recipe making videos - for example how you prepare your oats and eat them in a meal. What type of oats- groats , steel cut or rolled? Do you have any fermented soy at times? Do you make nut milks? 🙏🏻

      No fermented soy. But i already have testes tempeh a few times all these 18 years raw. No regulars oats. Its the real oat seed sprouted. All of those u mentioned are cooked refined

    ❤ this video. Thinking of going raw vegan like the fact u giving us the option to eat cooked foods. I have already eliminated flour and sugar from diet. Eat basically eat chicken potatoes green bananas, don't eat fried foods unless it's not olive oil.

    Thank you for sharing. 😁It would be great if you could give more info in detail about the legumes and quinoa with how you eat them raw. I’ve been raw since 2015 and I do make my own sprout beans like lentil , chick peas, and aduki. But would love to hear how you prepare your grains. I have only eaten sprouted oats very rarely and soaked buckwheat groats. Would love if you make another video on these topics.

      There are several ways! You can slice it and dehydrate it. You can slice and it and press it with lemon Juice with ur hands. I have some recipes with it in my portuguese channel u can at least see how its done

    What are the best algae for more minerals in diet because I am living in city fruits and vegetable are here are not that good so I am searching a substitute of Barley grass juice powder?

      Fatty liver disease doesnt come from eating too much fruits, but eating too much animals and fats.

    The fruitarian diet with ONLY fruits is the best diet. Especially with mono meals. Simplicity is key. Dry fasting is a winner as well.

      No, it's not. You need to eat other food types or supplements to make up for the lack of calcium, iodine and iron.

      @@Hakushakuke The body produces everything it needs on its own with electrical nutrition. From there, many search for breatharianism. Which is the ascension we need in this world.

      @@Hakushakuke If you have an expanded awareness, connected to the divine in your spirituality and enter more life force energy, much more is possible. And that can only happen through fruits and fasting. To enter this higher realm that will change our perception of reality. We need alkalizing fruits to heal and repair.
      I only drink orange and lemon juice and sometimes eat a banana. And I look and feel amazing. But when I am dry fasting, it's a whole other universe. And that is actually how my blood work came out fine. From dry fasting.
      When I ate cooked foods my blood work looked terrible. And even the doctors told me to eat more fruits. Which I always told them from the beginning. To eat fruits for health. But people are so extremely addicted to stimulants (cooked food), which is the cause of disease. Especially animal products.

      None. Supplements are for people eating animals and lots of cooked foods. Raw foods have all the nutrients we need.

      No. You just have to learn that when there is fruit flyes there is a damaged or open fruit around

    Our close animal relatives the chimps eat a diet ratio of about 50% fruit and 45% leafy greens. We can benefit greatly by eating plenty of dark leafy greens like kale, spinach, collards, mustard greens, and things like that. I recommend eating plenty of dark leafy greens especially for bringing healthy hair with full color and thickness as well as for numerous other health benefits.

    Fruitatarian isn’t very healthy. Everyone needs a balanced diet to get their nutrients and maintain a balance in their body.

      What is balance if the recommendations are out of alignment with what our body truly needs?
      We humans can eat anything, but that doesn’t mean we should eat it.
      We have to look at our teeth, the ph in our saliva, the ph in our stomach, the stomach size, the colon lengths, our body‘s high need of sugar and vitamin c and so on. From this and looking at our closest relatives it is clear, that fruit should be the main food on our menu.

      Some of the most healthy individuals are raw fruitarians. They do also consume some vegetables and nuts.
      They have lower than average blood sugar, A1C, cholesterol, less insulin resistance as compared to those who eat a standard diet so go focus on those who eat a standard western Diet.
      Raw fruitarians are also usually always on the lower end of a healthy weight. Sounds ok to me.

      Absolutely wrong. I’m 57 and been a fruitarian for 10 years since the removal of my gallbladder, my doctor couldn’t believe my turn around and has become a fruitarian also. If you feel lighter and amazing that means your diet is healthy. Proof is in the eating. 😊

      I would agree with you if you are referring to 100% fruitarians. The ones I've seen have just skin and bones, barely any muscle.
